Keep It Simple
You don't need to write an article after every meeting. Sometimes reporting back might be as simple as:
“They're discussing a development near Virginia Knolls next month. Residents may want to know about this.”
Or:
“I watched the meeting. Most of it doesn't affect us, but here's the one thing Virginia Knolls should know.”
That's useful.
The purpose is to help neighbors understand:

Information, Not Politics
The goal isn't to tell neighbors what to think. It's to help everyone know what's happening. Keep updates factual, useful, and easy to understand.
The group can alert residents to opportunities to learn more, attend meetings, ask questions, or provide their own input.
Volunteers don't speak officially on behalf of Virginia Knolls unless the VKCA board has specifically authorized them to do so.
