Common Grounds

Shared neighborhood spaces for every Virginia Knolls resident to enjoy.

Common Grounds

VKCA COMMON GROUNDS ARE FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF RESIDENTS: TAKE A WALK, HAVE A PICNIC, TAKE YOUR DOG FOR A WALK, JUST ENJOY THE NATURE.

Common grounds are all the areas within the development that are common to all residents.

The common areas include, but are not limited to, alleyways and grassy or wooded areas behind and adjacent to homeowners property lines and all of the area behind the homes on Shenandoah that abut Tuscarora Creek.

If you notice something on our common grounds that needs attention, please use the contact form to report your observations.

The common grounds of the Virginia Knolls Community need to be maintained just as diligently as the homeowners property and grounds.

Please do NOT dispose of trash or yard waste in the common areas.

Please mow or trim the common area 12" behind your house.

Vehicles on the Common Grounds

Motorcycles, dirt bikes, bicycles, and other motorized or wheeled vehicles are PROHIBITED on the common grounds. In the past, use of these vehicles left ruts and caused damage to the common grounds, so they have been banned.

The condition of all the areas of our community determine desirability, market value and quality of life for everyone.
