VIRGINIA VILLAGE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN December 2021
A developer has submitted a plan for the redevelopment of the Virginia Village Shopping Center.
This will include a mix of residential and retail/commercial units. Info on this project is below.
PLAN WILL BE VOTED ON AT THE LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, JANUARY 11TH AT 7:00 PM AT THE LEESBURG TOWN HALL.
Because of the inadequate parking that has been proposed by the developer and the site's proximity to Harrison Street, it could potentially bring in some of the cars for these residents to Harrison Street for parking. Since many VKCA residents utilize Harrison Street for parking on a regular basis, this outcome would make the parking problem for VKCA worse than it is now.
