HOW DO I OBTAIN APPROVAL TO MAKE A CHANGE TO THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME?
APPROVAL PROCEDURE
Homeowners planning to make modifications to the exterior of their home must submit their plans, in writing, to the Board of Directors.
Per VKCA By-Laws, all modifications must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to work beginning.
PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW FOR MODIFICATIONS.
PRESS SUBMIT TO SEND COMPLETED FORM TO THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSON
The Board will review the proposed changes or additions by referring to the Covenant and By-Laws to determine if the changes will violate those rules.
The committee will report back to the homeowner as to whether the plans have been approved, need modification or have been rejected.
