Dues, Assessments & Finance



The Virginia Knolls Community Association enjoys one of the lowest annual dues rates in Loudoun County. 


  • Dues are now billed and payable annually
  • Assessments are now $160.00 per year.

  • Bills for annual dues will be sent out via email or snail mail by December 1st of each year.

  • Your dues are payable by January 15th of each year. 

  • A MONTHLY FEE OF $5.00 WILL BE CHARGED EACH MONTH UNTIL DUES AND FEES ARE PAID IN FULL

If your dues are not paid in full by the time of the VKCA Annual Meeting, you will not be allowed to vote in the elections (per VKCA By-laws).  
  
All payments should be made out to VKCA and mailed to VKCA, P.O. Box 1626, Leesburg, Virginia  20177

DO NOT GIVE PAYMENTS TO BOARD MEMBERS; DO NOT LEAVE PAYMENTS AT THEIR HOUSE.  ONLY PAYMENTS RECEIVED IN THE VKCA POST OFFICE BOX WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
