ANNUAL ARCHITECTURAL REVIEWS
VKCA CONDUCTS ARCHITECTURAL REVIEWS EACH YEAR OF THE EXTERIOR OF ALL HOMES IN THE VIRGINIA KNOLLS NEIGHBORHOOD.
PLEASE SEE A COPY OF A BLANK INSPECTION FORM BELOW WHICH IS USED TO DO THE INSPECTIONS. THIS WILL GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF THE KINDS OF THINGS THE INSPECTION COVERS.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE:
(1) After the inspection has been completed, a copy will be emailed or snail mailed to the owner (whether resident or landlord).
(2) A timeframe of one month will be given for completion of any violations noted on the form.
(3) After the month, a follow-up inspection will be completed.
(4) If all the items have not been completed, the penalty of $10 per day (up to a max. of $900) will start to be charged and will continue until all items are completed.
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS THE HOMEOWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY VKCA AFTER THE REINSPECTION AND LET US KNOW ALL THE ITEMS ARE COMPLETED.
